Car rental conditions and
important information |

According to new regulations of all Greek insurance companies: The renting
party and the driver for group A and A+ must be at least 21 years old, for the other groups at least 23 years old.

The driver's
license must be valid and issued not less than 12 months ago.

The calculated
rental price is payable in advance.

Prices stated
in the brochure/web page, cover the following: insurance:

a) Injuries
to third party and to passengers in the car rented from VENUS up to 500.000
EUR,

b) Third party
material damage up to 100.000 EUR,
-
c) Injuries
to the driver of the car rented from VENUS up to 17.600 EUR,
-
d) Theft,
fire, as well as material damage inflicted on the car rented from VENUS,
100%.

The driver
pays for the petrol needed during the rental period.

The renting
party and the driver are held responsible for fines due to traffic offenses.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
To better serve you Venus Travel S.A. provides the following alternative methods of payment:
- Bank transfer to our account
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) through Piraeus Bank
- CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation of a reservation made by the customer through the website, less than 7 days before the scheduled beginning date of rental, Venus Travel S.A. is entitled to keep 50% of the total rent, while for cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled beginning date of rental, the amount paid in advance will be returned at the expense of the customer.
